My name is Christine Lester and I am a director and the office manager at A&C Home Care.
I am responsible for running the office, administration duties & all aspects of customer services.
I am the first point of contact for customers during day time hours and am here to answer all enquiries.
I have 30 years’ experience working is various customer service positions, offering after care support when customers have purchased products or services. I have built lasting professional relationships with customers as they have continued to purchase goods or services over the years.
I have 5 years’ experience working in a supervisory or management role. I specialise in aftercare, quality assurance and customer services and pride myself on maintaining high standards.
I decided to open a domiciliary care business with my daughter after a loved one recently needed palliative care services at home and in hospital. I feel that with our combined professional experience we can make a difference. We aim to deliver high quality care services within the home and community to meet individual needs and to promote independence. I am a happy and cheerful person who enjoys helping others. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
City & guilds 1 in Maths & English, NVQ 2 in business improvement & performance techniques, O’levels in Secretarial studies, Accounts, Arithmetic’s, English, Modern studies & Maths.
Sage Training, Foundation certificate in Health & Safety, Risk Assessment & Manual Handling.
I am in the process of completing the care certificate that will give me foundation knowledge working within the care sector, although my main role is administration duties.
